Setting - set right & left advancing then turn single to place, repeat same to new person.

Heys - dance step is 123-hop travelling step

  - in men's heys & women's heys, only C1 turn each other two-handed.

  - in heys for all couples, all turn partner two-handed.

PART 1 - THE LEADINGS - ARWAIN - (THE MAN’S PART)
A1 All lead up and back.
A2 That again.

B1 Men’s Hey, M1 turns partner at end.
B2 Women’s Hey, W1 turns partner at end.

ENDS SET - M1/W3 WORKING COUPLE
A1/2M1 sets and turns single with W1 then W2, whilst W3 sets and turns single with M3 then M2.

 
B1 M1 & W3 hey between W2/W1 & M2/M3 respectively, M1 & W3 turn each other at end.
B2 All hey on your own side and all turn partners.

TOPS SET - M1/W1 WORKING COUPLE
A1/2 M1 sets and turns single with W2 then W3, whilst W1 sets and turns single with M2 then M3.

B1 M1/W1 Hey between W3/W2 and M3/M2 respectively, M1 & W1 turn each other at end.
B2 All hey on your own side and all turn partners.

PART 2 - THE TRACINGS - OCHRI - (THE WOMAN’S PART)
OCHRI
A1 All side right to partner, cross over changing places with partner & turning loop by left shoulder.
A2 That again, siding left, crossing & looping right.

B1 Women’s Hey, W1 turns partner at end.
B2 Men’s Hey, M1 turns partner at end.

WONKY SETTING - M1/W1 WORKING COUPLE
A1/2 W1 sets and turns single with M3 then M2, whilst M1 sets and turns single with W2 then W3.

B1 M1 & W1 Hey Between and turn each other.
B2 All hey on your own side and all turn partners.

Ail/2nd DIAGONAL - W1/M3 WORKING PAIR
A1/2 W1 sets and turns single with M2 then M1 whilst M3 sets and turns single with W2 then W3.

B1 W1 & M3 Hey Between and turn each other.
B2 All hey on your own side and all turn partners.

PART 3 - THE TURNINGS - TRO LLAW (THE CROSS PART)
TRO LLAW
A1 All arm right once round then changing places with partner & turning loop by left shoulder.
A2 That again arming left, looping right shoulder.

B1 Cross hey and turn partners.
B2 Hey on your own side and turn partners, C1 finishing improper at top of set after hey.
SET SGWAR - M1/M3 WORKING COUPLE.
A1/2 M1 sets and turns single with W3 then M2, whilst M3 sets and turns single with W1 then W2.

B1 M1 & M3 Hey between W3/M2 & W1/W2 respectively and turn each other.
B2 W2/C1 & M2/C3 circle twice round & finish in place.(C1 improper), all turn partners.

 
1s & 2s - M1/M2 WORKING PAIR
A1/2 M1 sets and turns single with W1 then M3, whilst M2 sets and turns single with W2 then W3.

B1 M1/M2 Hey Between M3/W1 & W3/W2 respectively and turn each other.
B2 Circles M2/M3/W1 & M1/W3/W2 twice round clockwise & then return to proper positions,
  all turn partners.
