Setting - set right & left advancing then turn single to place, repeat same to new person.
Heys - dance step is 123-hop travelling step, six reel steps for all heys.
  - in men's heys & women's heys, only C1 turn each other two-handed.
  - in heys for all couples, all turn partner two-handed.

PART 1 - THE LEADINGS - ARWAIN - (THE MAN’S PART)
A1/2 All lead up (Walking four steps) & back (four steps) - repeat

B1 Men's hey. ( M1 six reel steps & turn partner)
  (M2/M3 six reel steps to place - do not turn partners)
B2 Women's hey. ( W1 six reel steps & turn partner)
  (W2/W3 six reel steps to place - do not turn partners)

ENDS SET - M1/W3 WORKING COUPLE
A1/2 ENDS (C1 & C3) set to partner then M1 sets W2 whilst W3 sets M2.

B1 M1/W3 HEY BETWEEN.
  M1 hey between W2/W1, whilst W3 hey between M2/M3,
  M1/W3 meet in centre of set & turn right hand to place.
B2 All hey on your own side & all turn partners two-handed.

TOPS SET - M1/W1 WORKING COUPLE
A1/2 TOPS (C1 & C2) set in to each other, then C2 cast up to C1 position whilst
  M1/W1 change sides (improper) then M1/W1 set & turn to W3/M3 resp.

B1 M1/W1 Hey between starting down outside W2/M3 then up outside W2/M2,
  meet in centre of set ,turn two-handed & cast down into
B2 All hey on your own side & ALL turn partners two-handed.

 PART 2 - THE TRACINGS - OCHRI - (THE WOMAN’S PART)

OCHRI
A1/2 All side right shoulder to partner, crossing over & turn loop.
  That again (left shoulder) returning to original place.

B1 Women's hey (C1 only turn two-handed at end).
B2 Men's hey (C1 only turn two-handed at end).

WONKY SETTING - M1/W1 WORKING COUPLE
A1/2 M1 sets W2 whilst W1 set M3, (setting in to centre of set).
  C2 then cast up to C1 position whilst C1 cross improper.
  W1 face up to M2 & set to M2 whilst M1 sets down to W3.

B1 M1 & W1 Hey between W3/W2 & M2/M1 resp,
  meet in centre of set, turn two-handed & cast into....
B2 All hey on your own side & all turn partners.

AIL/2ND DIAGONALS.
A1/2 W1 sets M2 whilst M3 sets W2
  C1 & C3 set to partner.

B1 W1/M3 Hey between -
  W1 starting between M1 then M2, then around M2 then M1,
  M3 starting between W2/W3, then around W2 then W3 meet in centre of set &
  turn left-handed returning to places for
B2 All hey on your own side & turn partners two-handed .

PART 3 - THE TURNINGS - TRO LLAW - (THE CROSS PART)

TRO LLAW
A1/2 All turn right-hand one & half times to improper side. (fast)
  All turn left-hand one & half times back to place.

B CROSS-HEY & HEY ON YOUR OWN
B1 Cross hey, C1 only crossing, ALL turn two-handed at end (C1 half turn, C2/C3 full turn).
B2 Hey on your own, ALL turn two-handed at end (C1 half turn, C2/C3 full turn), C1 finish improper.

SET SGWAR - SQUARE SETTING
A1/2 M1 sets to W3, whilst W1 sets to M3,
  M1 sets to M2, whilst M3 sets to W2.

B1 M1/M3 HEY BETWEEN
  M1 starting down passing W3 left, around W3 then around M2 right,
  whilst M3 starting up passing W1 left, around W1 then around W2 right,
  M1/M3 meet in centre of set & turn left-handed forming....
B2 CIRCLES - M1/W1/W2 forming top circle, M3/W3/M2 forming bottom circle
  Circle twice round to left, then into place, ALL turn partners two-handed, once round.

ONEs & TWOs SET
A1/2 C1 & C2 set to partner then turn to new position:-
  W2 moves to W1 proper position, M2 moves to W2 proper position,
  M1 moves to M2 position,
  M1 sets to M3 & turns single whilst M2 sets to W3 & tuns single.

B1 M1/M2 Hey between, M1 going down outside M3, around M3 then around W1
  M2 going down outside W3, around W3 then around W2
  meet in centre of set & turn left-handed into rings.
  (W2 & M3 should move to form circle on last 4 beats).
B2 Rings M2/M3/W1 & M1/W3/W2 twice round clockwise & then break
  returning to original proper places.
