Ymysg ei gweithgareddau mae'r Gymdeithas yn - ....trefnu cyrsiau dawns a hyfforddi dawns ...cynhyrchu a chyhoeddi dawnsiau a cherddoriaeth ar gyfer dawnswyr a cherddorion ...cyhoeddi cylchgrawn blynyddol, DAWNS, a chylchlythyrau rheolaidd o newyddion a digwyddiadau yng Nghymru - yn rhad ac am ddim i aelodau ..cadw llyfrgell o ddeunydd yn ymwneud a dawns yn Amgueddfa Werin, Sain Fagan, Caerdydd ...rhoi ffocws i ddawnsio gwerin Cymru.

~ Welcome ~ The Welsh Folk Dance Society is a registered Charity, and its aims are to educate the public in the art of Welsh folk dancing. Amongst its many activities, the Society - - organises dance courses and instructors' courses, - produces and publishes dances and music for dancers and musicians, - publishes an annual magazine - DAWNS - and regular newsletters on news and events in Wales - free to members, - keeps a library of items to do with dance in the National Folk Museum, St Fagans, Cardiff, - gives focus to Welsh folk dancing.
